Naminooto Shuzo - Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake

Naminooto Shuzo was founded in 1805 in Shiga Prefecture right by Lake Biwa, the largest freshwater lake in Japan. Brewed in small batches with extra attention to detail, Naminooto Shuzo has gained a great reputation amongst industry and sake lovers.

This sake is brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki polished down to 40%.  Fruity, smooth, and clean with a hint of sweetness. Pairs beautifully with lighter dishes such as salads, sushi, or sashimi.
