Constantly working to perfect their sake, Daishichi combines the traditional Kimoto method with modern technological innovations. Daishichi invented the Super-Flat Rice Polishing machinery, which more efficiently polishes away the unwanted elements of the rice grain, resulting in a higher quality, smoother sake.
